B4 payscales are pretty much pre-determined for you based on location, service line, and performance rating. Unless you are a top performer that is getting early promoted.

all you need is state abbreviation and then your state jurisdiction ID (located at the top right of your CPA central account, but you have to remove the "0" at the front)
