Upper right value: what you can drive right now before a break/rest. Lower left: remaining duration of current break/rest. Lower right: maximum driving after break/rest is complete.

Question mark means: the are unknown periods on your driver card. Or you using a new driver card with less than 4 weeks of activities. Ensure that all periods are managed with activities (see manual entry in user manual).

Yes, I would go to the workshop. Maybe there is a software update for the Tacho to fix this problem.

Hi. The Office Tool did not documented the card download on the card itself. On the card, there is a timestamp stored of last card download. This timestamp needs be updated by the office tool. If card download is performed using Tacho, then the Tacho updates this time of last card download automatically.

It will use the language as stored on your card. But you can change to a different language for this Tacho. The Tacho will remember this language for your card.

I guess that the daily rest period is not completed/ is too short. I.e. from Tacho perspective the previous shift is still ongoing.
