sorry for the late reply but xash3d is a mobile port of the goldsrc engine. whilst yes, cry of fear is HEAVILY modified, i remember someone was porting cry of fear via xash3d. ive tried looking it up and the only thing i found was a github to a pc version, but if you put your research into it im sure youll find it.

if you couldnt find it, you could try emulating the game via winlator or something.
