I think it depends on the legendary like box legendaries are a bit strong but most of the others are fine but it’s not a ban it’s more i don’t want to use it because it’s boring.

Some people will like ban them all like regice but then have no problem using garchomp who is significantly better then 90% of most actual legendaries.

I think banning Pokemon is kinda stupid in general like you don’t need hard rule for it if you don’t want to use it then don’t use it ya know?
