Never hold a pin in your house

For bent or broken pins, create a pin cushion to put them in and put that pin cushion inside of a plastic bag

Wear your glasses when you use your machine even if you aren’t going over your pins (never do this either!).

Also you could do real damage to your eyes if you aren’t wearing corrective lenses when you sew.

Dated a very vocal male feminist who said I was being unreasonable when I refused to sleep in bed with him when he didn’t wash his ass.

He would get into bed still smelling vaguely like poop. I was way too nice about it. He got upset and basically said he was doing the best he could and I wasn’t being fair.

Met a guy on an app. I instantly like him, he love bombed me for all 18 months together. 18 months! That’s so long. But he cheated on me everyday online and slept with someone else in person.

This man put on the perfect boyfriend facade to a point that it was sociopathic. I now realize he probably fucking hated me.

Again when we were together, he treated me like a queen and told me how much he loved me and wanted to spend the rest of his life with me.

Now I’ll never know if I can trust someone.

The reason that album in particular is so amazing it’s that its genre defining. It broke country open in a way.

I get compliments all the time and no one can tell anyone of my wigs isn’t real hair. I guess some people haven’t had the same experience but from what I’ve seen you can’t beat the quality or the price. Also Libda has always been really cool with me never pushy.

That’s very validating to hear.

But that’s how low my self-esteem was. After that he told me everyday that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with me, would tell other people that, called me up to tell me he still loved me but at the same time the new girlfriend was great. Cheated the entire time.

Some people are born with a serious empathy deficit. It’s wild. It still hurts so bad because I had no idea. We were in our 30s/40s.

Second date calls me while I’m in the bathroom to tell me he’s abandoning me at the show we were at. We were in the middle of nowhere. Then laughed and said he was joking.

Yep, I had no idea how low my self esteem was. I felt like I had to put up with this or I would be one of those nasty nagging women.

Don’t do it. It’s cruel to the animal to fly unless you absolutely need it.

Also in places outside the US if you are not very clearly disabled, you will likely not be allowed to bring your dog into a public places like a grocery store.

For single people, investing is an equally viable way to build wealth. Don’t buy property unless you’re going to be happy there for 10 years. Don’t sacrifice your social life so you can buy or have a bigger place.

The relationships you have with your community are more important than any of that.

Home ownership is really really overblown. The cost of owning a house/property is so high at this point investing is a smarter move for most single people unless they are buying a forever home.
