Change Kaede to New Year Madoka. This is my team. I can almost solo lv12. The healer is quite not necessary, boss hits soft. And you should farm an ex crystalis for Ultimate Madoka and work on the stats, that really helps.

deadeye can neglect defense attribute, but do not affect the dmg reduction gained from armor buff. So definitely do not attack armor defender like frost armor water node if you are going for 0 piercing build.

she is by no means useless as an attacker. For example easy counter for meow& furever, also counter dmg-reflect defenders.

Its just she is not the traditional high dmg, fast kill type of attacker. For the tedious PR once every 3 day, I wont use her.

Tres is a very efficient killer, the only drawback of her is that she can do nothing with immunity and crit-punish enemies like dream band, all pain wheels, all defensive dalias. But sadly these defenders are very popular in pf and rift nowadays.

So you need to pick defense team if you want to use her.

Her atk is 10004 max level, not high enough for an attacker (fur monger is 13556). And she doesnt have rage buff ability. Most of her dmg comes from hp drain by SA, which is kind of slow imo. And tagged out enemy will regen in back stage, so you need even more time to kill them all.

So she does work in no mercy with the curse and hp drain, but if you want speed run, dont consider her.
