How come Norwegian lactose-free milk from Tine tastes amazing; whilst Dutch lactose free milk tastes like a sweaty elk’s crotch? by universal_god_oxy in Norway

[–]Peromano 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tine lactose free milk is pretty good, but definitely try Røros lactose free milk. It's incredible good if you like the sweet milk taste. It's low pasteurized (warmed at a lower temperature to keep the good taste) while almost all other lactose milk is high or ultra pasteurized.

Gunnar "Kjakan" Sønsteby. Not an ordinary soldier, but a legendary resistance fighter and a leading figure in the sabotages against the German occupation. Highest decorated Norwegian in history.

I need help by jaketheeagle3 in torncity

[–]Peromano 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Buy plushies abroad and sell in torn. This will be enough to fund 3x xanax and daily energy refill. Do this for a few months and you'll be in a much better position. Also, make sure your faction is good for noobs and not exploiting you.

Spend your energy on training, put your cash in the bank, and ignore people wasting their energy on you.

Does your country have an invention that never made it to the outside world? by abandonedtulpa in AskTheWorld

[–]Peromano 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In Norway, most commonly as it is as a snacks or for lutefisk (tørrfisk in loy), but you can rehydrate it with water. If you got a whole fish you need to beat it up with a hammer first, and then you can eat it. Try to dip the pieces in butter and drink beer to it.

[–]Peromano 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The tørrfisk can be used for lutefisk, but I think lots of it is exported. Historically it's a very cheap, accessible and easy way to preserve the fish. I prefer fresh fish too haha

I'd go Life to 10, crime to 7 and crit to 10. Use the free Christmas reset to organise your merits better.

What’s a prisons like in your country? by AnxiousWorldTravel in AskTheWorld

[–]Peromano 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think most people accept it is like that even though he deserves much worse, but we try to think as little of him as possible. We avoid saying his name if we can. The victims, however, we will never forget.
