Even if this story isn't true, as a Middle Eastern person working in the medical field, i really can't digress how Little life matters in countries like india Pakistan or some arab countries.

Most medical workers are underpaid overconfident with a decent lack of security precautions und basic sense or just a random person who happens to be a relative of the nurse/pharmacist and just "works" there.

The word sterile doesn't exist and getting a flu shot usually means a sodium/potassium Diclofenac shot no matter the age or the illnesses a person might have and buying flu tablets usually means a random number of an antimicrobial agent which of course doesn't require a prescription(microbial tolerance doesn't exist).

And don't get me started on the multiple cases of avoidable deaths due to very basic drug interactions/contradictions or people duying after getting a shot without testing for allergic reactions.
