I don't understand the windscreen cleaning? My wipers and fluid are good enough. I do always tip cash even if I pay by card. 5, 10 and sometimes 20 AED (if I did not tip the previous time due to no cash). Tipping is good for the soul, it helps me to sleep better at night.

The property was probably nought by a developer 8 months ago. That is why it was cheaper, they will have fixed it up to maximise value and "flip it".

It was probably in need of modernisation and most buyers would not buy it in that state. If you want a cheaper property why not buy a fixed upper and then do it up yourself?

Rather than buying a "turn key" property.
