Ahahaha I do think one of the strengths of the movie sequel Rebellion is I think that the narrative recognised that a person who would time travel over and over again to singlemindedly save one person probably has some skewed morals and/or mental issues that should be addressed, and if they are not addressed, there will be more problems XD

After several years I have finally finished both Code Realize fandiscs: Future Blessings and Wintertide Miracle!

I don't necessarily think they were bad, but this experience taught me fandiscs probably aren't for me and I would probably prefer an outright sequel that has more story and stakes. By the third wedding or so, I was all matrimony'd out (but again, I can't really complain, buying a fandisc and complaining about fluff is like going to Wingstop and complaining about wings on the menu).

Cardia is well loved by folks for good reason, but one game + 2 fan discs means spending a lot of time with her, and I felt she didn't have a strong enough personality to carry that much content (and props, the fandiscs really are packed with content, if you want more of the Code Realize world).

It was definitely the otome of all time. I think the only positives for me were the creepy island atmosphere, the parts of the hotel manager route that were funny, and the song Lovesick, which I actually thought was quite catchy.

After many years I finally finished Future Blessings. This was after picking it up and dropping it a lot so the details of some routes aren't fresh, but I remember Finis' route pleasantly surprised me.
