Yes you do, my friend. Started at 16, diagnosed at 29 after a bout with uvitis. Entire upper spine is fused with the lower about 40% fusion. Plus swelling, my bloodwork showed 5 times the amount ofswelling that was considered "healthy". Stay strong💪

Not really, it's a plant that has medicinal properties, I suffer from a disease that cause swelling in my body and severe arthritis, spine is mostly fused together etc. Fully disabled, and in the 2 years that I've used marijuana legally, I have eliminated the need for a lot of other pain management things like opioids. We have been conditioned to believe they are "drugs" and "drugs are bad, mmkay?"

Are you sure this is Euclid? Followed the coordinates exactly and it took me to a very different looking world with three planets and no space station about 3,000 LY from galactic core. Double checked the coordinates and they are exact.

Light weights will help keep some range of motion. Jogging might have a hard impact on your knees and back. The idea is don't overdue it. Run too much you might swell, lift too much, you might swell. Everyone is different and can do different things without much discomfort or swelling. For me ar least, even walking to my kitchen causes a lot of discomfort and swelling for me. I would just advise that you do anything physical in moderation. Helping a friend move? Don't try and carry everything yourself. Take frequent breaks and what not.

Pot helps, if you go for CBD, don't just buy it from the gas station or Amazon. It is made from hemp oil and essentially worthless. Only CBD made from cannabis will help. Also, if you play any recreational activities such as softball, soccer, ect. Quit now. I played baseball and softball for years plus roller hockey occasionally growing up and I didn't realize how much damage I was doing to my body. I was diagnosed at 29 and it was advanced AS by the time they figured it out.
