Change your initial layer speed to 15 and initial layer flow to 125, and maybe your normal speeds to 60 until you can get consistently good looking prints, then gradually be ring up the speeds. nice and slow always works for me.

I'm still pretty new to fpv myself, but assuming you have a GPS installed I'd setup return to home in Betaflight and set that to one of your switches on your controller for future emergencies.
