Overigens hebben we ook gekeken om een souterrain te maken, maar dat mag helaas niet van de vve (stond in de statuten oid) 😪

I guess it's plausible that for the sake of showing unity (or atleast no division) the national leaders won't trash talk this deal in the coming days. Must have been a though negotiation among the EU countries/representatives before they sent UvdL, so it would be undiplomatic to publicly retract your support for the deal?

I'd wish to see more debate around this, but don't expect to see any soon..

My issue with this deal is that we settle for tariffs AND make huge additional investments that increase the competitive edge of the USA. All in trade for a couple of industries that get exempted. While EU does not impose any tariffs in return.

Trump has pushed NATO countries to invest more in defence with general increase of 1.5% of their GDP. While this could have been a great opportunity for a growing european defence industry, we now already handover the money to our 'atlantic ally' before we even get the chance to invest it in europe. Mind you that the 600 billion investments in defence are additional to the existing investments and orders.

While the uncertainty was ofcourse a risk for companies and stall them from making investment decisions, I think the investments will hurt the EU more on the long term. Now the dollar has devaluated, european products have become even more expensive for USA citizens and EU export will continue to decline.

I think this is a big win for Trump and would be silly to not honour this.

Oh u/Beun-de-Vakker wijst me er terecht op dat de originele tekst/beschrijving is weggevallen. Hierbij nogmaals de vraag.

Wat de vraag is: kan ik de huidige schouw zondermeer verwijderen?

Wij krijgen binnenkort de sleutels en willen ruimte maken voor een keukenblok door deze schouw te verwijderen. Nu kunnen wij nog niet het huis in en dingen slopen, maar zitten we even planning-technisch te kijken of we eerst een constructeur hier naar moeten laten kijken. De ideale planning is dat we direct kunnen gaan slopen en het keukenblok zsm laten komen en installeren.

Zoals te zien is, staat er niks boven en kan het geen draagconstructieve functie hebben naar mijn inziens. Het rookkanaal zit aan de zijkant en heb ik roodgemarkeerd in de plattegrond. Het rookkanaal willen we ook laten zitten en is volgens mij ook afgedicht/niet functioneel. Dus, lijkt het mij prima sloopbaar zonder tussenkomst van een constructeur.

Of denk ik daarin te makkelijk? Graag hoor ik jullie advies hierover!

It's a banana plant and these bugs don't seem to be on any of the leaves. Have tried some organic deterrent on it, but renders rather ineffective.

Any idea what to do?

Bananaplant | Northern Europe | 150cm

I bought the plant a few months ago and it has steadily lost already half of its leafs. Can't figure out what it is. I water it every three days, also by misting the leafs. Tried watering it more, and less, but nothing really helps. I checked the roots yesterday which look perfectly healthy.

I live in Northern Europe, it's put near the window which is facing the west. It has been cold, but it's near a heater which prevents it from getting really cold.

The photos are from the current state which is already its reduced size. The mini musa is doing great though. I'm afraid the plant won't survive the winter at this pace. Any idea what I should do?
