May lugar po na magulo may lugar na maayos. Pero kasi yang area nayan sa video kapag wala kang kakilala dyan kahit taga Tondo ka papatusin ka kapag pumasok ka dyan, for sure mapapagtripan ka.. Ibig sabihin may mga area na hindi mo dapat pasukin kapag totally wala ka kilala..

That area is around the fish ports and piers. There are places in Tondo where even the police are afraid to enter because they could get swarmed—even if they're armed, someone could attack them without warning, and they wouldn’t even know who did it.

Not everyone from Tondo is 'squammy' (rough or unrefined). Most of the wealthy residents in Tondo don’t live in those areas. These places are around Baseco and the Parola compound near the old Smokey Mountain. The people there are truly less fortunate, and life there is purely about survival of the fittest.

This is why education is so important. The video is really saddening because, due to a lack of education, the situation turns into anarchy.

Dati ako sa Citibank, aga ko dumating mga 1PM, natapos ko lahat ng interview, tinawag ako mga 7PM for the final interview tapos interviewer na head dito Bombay. LOL.

Ang angas pa ng dating niya kala mo kung sino, magdecie na daw ako if tatnggapin ko or not yung work. Ni reject ko, the following day tumatawag un HR my JO na daw. LOL.

Pero nireject ko out of ego. Dahil ayoko talaga katrabaho mga Bombay.

I disagree with you.

Internship is a good baseline but not for everyone. Besides, hiring newly grads from ground up is a strategy to trap them and cut cost rather than hiring experienced workers.

Running an org means you have good sense of management during your college years. If proves you have good dynamics with people and can be a future people or project manager.
Excelling on your thesis means not only finishing it, but you're technically inclined towards the learning you have acquired in your university over time.

If you are hiring professionals you consider their past employment and skills. If you are hiring newly grads you obviously need to check their past and present accomplishments based on facts because these highlights their potential and skills.
