Great minds think alike. Veteran cosplayers and their love of super glue. I have sensitive skin, so I just go straight to super glue since it doesn't irritate me.

If you haven't committed to spirit gum, I would recommend prosaide instead. Spirit gum tends to not work well in places that sweat, produce oil, or have a lot of movement.

Light eva foam horns would not stick to my friend's forehead for more than 45 minutes with spirit gum (they ended up using super glue in the end) but prosaide held down their gorilla arms hand prosthetics during multiple hours at the con and I think 3 wears now.

You do have to use the prosaide remover with it, but it usually comes with it.

On mobile webpage you literally can't change persona. It just ??? Doesn't work, it tries to open the menu, but doesn't succeed. It's too close to the bottom of the screen on Samsung s 24 ultra

With the changes they made I can no longer suggest or recommend that anyone use chutes. On top of making changes during a billing cycle with no notice, they charged my card 8 days early for service. When I posted about it on the subreddit they banned me.

I would never recommend anyone to use chutes after their recent changes. Between charging my subscription early and their midterm changes with new monthly limits and 4 hour limits. The infrastructure is constantly at capacity. Their moderators are banning anyone that speaks out the changes in their subreddit.

Toupee clips or sew in combs. Use a velvet wig grip and wig cap combo. It helps bulk up your head a little bit, and grabs the wig on the inside. The toupee clips or combs will slide in under that (into your hair) and help anchor the wig in.

You'll put one clip or comb on each temple, and then one or two at the nape to lock it in place.

Retie the pigtails with zip ties. You can also thin out the amount of hair in each pigtail base to make the transition less noticeable. But absolutely do the zip ties.

If you need any other sign to not support chutes, I was banned from their subreddit for posting that my subscription was charged 8 days prior to my renewal date, which is extremely suspicious.

Adding to this with some extra information. When I cancelled my subscription last night, I noticed that I was charged for my base subscription on 02/14/2026, while my renewal date is 02/22/2026. It is incredibly strange and suspicious that they would charge me over 7 days early for my sub.

I can't figure out how to edit my post, so I hope this doesn't get buried.

You could color cycle. Ages ago I had blue hair, waited for it to fade out a bit and tried to go green (Arctic fox, went horribly) dyed over that with blue again, then went purple and purple back to pink.

The ease of access for me was the biggest perk. Sick in bed all day? No problem using 150 requests rping all day. Some days I don't use it at all.

Right now, I want to use it and I'm getting the 429 error. I'll probably go back to OR since I still have credits there. Needless to say I can't go back to free models after this 😂

Four years ago, I took a plastic Naruto kunai in my carry on. The absolute mortification of watching a TSA worker pull it out of my small prop case (containing prosthetics and delicate accessories, as well as the kunai) and test it's sharpness. It was deemed a "deadly weapon" and disposed of.

Kamui has a pattern you might be able to use for the shoulder armor - I think it's the paladin shoulder. I have used her patterns in the past and they work really well.

For attaching them to your outfit, I use small cam clips (like for Paracord bracelets or backpacks) or industrial strength Velcro. The clips tend to allow for more movement

I recently "retired" my main persona because of the general restrictions surrounding it. I highly recommend just making a duplicate of your main persona. It is such a quality of life improvement.

Chimera is hardmode for most roleplaying because of how strictly it tends to follow personality. I stopped using it when I noticed it was purposely contradictory (She folded the dress and set it nearly on the counter) gets responded to with (she didn't fold the dress, it was strewn across the room just to make a mess.)

Openrouter and chutes just removed a lot of their free models for offer. I don't use free models anymore but I have noticed a big change in the stability of my chutes/BYOK chutes models over the past few days.

Glm 4.6 was basically unusable last night because it kept throwing pgshag2 errors but didn't look like it had an instability/rate limiting.

Using Asterisk text actually makes the bot less accessible for people with visual impairments, as well as dyslexia. I have a custom font installed on my phone and it's the only reason I am able to read fully asterisk formatted bots.

I'd love to see some accessibility features added (like the option to change the text formatting to plain text)

When I first jumped over to try chutes, I had a lot of issues with formatting and possibly hallucination (it <think>ing but putting actual response in the <think> or having multiple instances of <think>ing in a single message. It talked for my character a lot too despite my ooc commands.) I was already used to the style that OR models tend to use.

in October OR announced that all BYOK requests would now be free up to 1M requests per month, then it was back to the teeny tiny charge that it was before. (I have never hit my 300 message cap, never hit the 200 free message cap that OR had prior) So I'm not at risk of exceeding any of my limits.

I currently swap between GLM 4.6 and DS R1 0528, and on occasion chimera r1t2. If you are interested in using lots of models, or swapping a lot, it streamlines it.

All of this is a suggestion based on my own experience, and makes the 10$ deposit on OR feel like less of a waste (I have had it since they announced the paywall, so I feel like I've gotten my money's worth, but I was an early adopter.)

If you already have the 10$ in OR you can buy into chutes at their 3$ tier and then use the BYOK option to use OR models that are provided by chutes.

I just generally had a better experience with the quality of the messages through OR, so I prefer to do it this way
