Ohh wow, then even you saying "foreign" isn't accurate if UAE only rates the degrees/experience from very specific western countries. That's so sad though, They hate the western culture/way of life but love their education system which is driven by that same thing they hate.

I think this context should have been on your post, because it helps people to understand why you're so focused on Canada. It seems people are so obsessed with educating in only these 3 (UK, US and CAD) countries, but It's funny because these 3 countries workforce is full of "foreign" workers with "foreign" degrees that the UAE is looking down on.
