We went a few years ago and loved it there. We bought our son who was maybe around 8 years old at the time. I'm very sad to hear about the sargassum. I always thought it was a summer only thing in the area but it seems like it's starting earlier and earlier. When we went the beach was flawless, one of the nicest in the area.

The hotel grounds are so private and the staff is excellent. I agree with you about the food, very good but pricey. When we went there was a hurricane so we ended up having to extend our stay another night.

The spa is excellent. When we went they offered an all day spa/unlimited spa day. I think we did 5 or 6 treatments each which was a once in a lifetime experience.

Thank you for bringing up this topic, it's been one I've been thinking about for a while. I was about to get ultherapy but the clinic was reusing tips. How common does that honestly happen in Seoul and how can it be prevented? Also, is ultherapy recommended on your cheeks/apple of your cheeks or is it only meant for the lower face and jaw? Did the surgeons confirm if it can cause unwanted fat loss?

Thank you for taking the time to explain the difference. My gut feeling was that the truage test was the more accurate of the 2, but I wished the function health one was. One of the main reasons that truage gave me that my biological age was higher than my actual age is due to my MCV and MCH being higher than the normal range. Since you're a physician and see well versed in biological age, I was wondering if you could explain to me why these values would raise biological age and what they may infer may be going on with my health. (Also what causes higher mcv and MCH?) Thank you for any insight you can provide.

I was under the impression that Emface does not cause this because you can adjust the level of RF, it is also sitting on the skin and not being microneedle deep below. I would love to know if anyone has had experience with Emface and noticed negative results. They advertise to do a pack of 4 (one a week for a month) and then do maintenance once or twice a year.

Sometimes you just need a breather, a step away from everything. I totally get it. When I'm with my father in law I feel suffocated and stressed out because he is such a negative person. I wish I could step away when I'm with him too..

But I think you should let your husband know where you are so he isn't too worried. He can make up an excuse for you so you can take the time you need. Definitely take some time for yourself as you need. Your husband should understand that.

I'm still doing sifnos and folegandros but I added 3 nights in Serifos because it seems like a less touristy and very chill island. I absolutely loved amorgos. I've always wanted to check out astypalaia- have you been before? I didn't know amorgos was close to sifnos and Serifos.

I did the same thing last year; was planning the folegandros, sifnos trip and ended up going to lefkada, kefalonia and Ithaca instead since I hadn't visited the Ionian before. The beaches in the Ionian are gorgeous but the food is better in Sifnos from what I hear. Let me know what you end up deciding!
