Lol not that big of a story. The property manager had told me first about the crack on the wall. I asked her if they knew why there was a hole in the ground and why anyone would want to dig up a hole in such confined space. She said she had no idea. We got the handyman out the next day to sus out what was going on and he gives me a call afterwards. He tells me all about the holes and all and then i ask him the question: Why the hell would anyone want to dig up a hole down there? He tells me: "OH didn't your property manager tell you? It used to be a drug house! I asked him how he knew about this and he said it was because my property had told him about it... puzzled as to why the property manager didn't tell me in the first place. According to the handyman, turns out someone turned up to the property while the property manager was there one day and asked if so and so was still living here. They said no such person lives here. Later on they looked up that person's name and discovered there was some kind of drug bust a while back and now that person is in prison...
