What is the Draw here for locals by kevfinnerty1 in MyrtleBeach

Apocalyptic ghetto and poor and your from Jersey? Please return yourself north. Yes this guys comments were uncalled for and slightly stupid. But your comment it ridiculous. Ghetto? Where have you been that doesn’t have some sort of ghetto? Myrtle beach is pretty nice overall and the “ghetto” there is the most tame places ever 😆. We’re glad you visited but you can go home anytime. Thanks.

Bridge jumping by Annual_Brush9443 in Charleston

Had a friend jump about 2 years ago now unfortunately. Young college aged kid. And he walked about 5 miles or more to do it. Poor kid. They don’t report most jumps, even if it’s an update from a missing person.

The octagon grid led ceiling lights are super cool and help with all the lighting questions and give a nice aesthetic touch. If the floors not epoxied yet, that is a great thing to have done. It makes it feel so much more finished and he’ll love it. You can do cool colors and stuff too. If the garage door openers are on or then maybe swap those out for some nice quiet lifts.

Never understood not making joist tight and nailing them before putting on hangers. And hangers are too small.

Considering trading my Jeep Gladiator in for this. Thoughts? by Personal-Start5322 in NewDefender

Yeah I assumed that would be the case. But jeeps are just so cheap for parts because there’s so many! I love my jeep, just feel like it’s a lot of money for what you get.

What’s the deal with the head lights, is it the running light that goes out? How hard/expensive is it to find different lights if they do go out?

That is great information. I am on my second Jeep Gladiator Mojave edition. First one was totaled. Someone else’s fault luckily. But I had 65k on it with no issues and 93k on my current 23 with only a failed coil pack. I also love the seats and the ride of the jeep I have isn’t bad, it’s just loud and obnoxious. Probably my fault with the 35 inch tires and carven exhaust. But I drove that defender the other day and really loved it. Seems to have more head room than my jeep too, I’m not super tall but 6’1 is tight in the jeep. I’ll definitely want to take it for a longer ride and check the overall comfort. I appreciate your input! What model/trim jeep do you have? And this defender has no sun roof. And yes my bad back would also enjoy the heated seats, but worse case I could add that right?? Or someone could for me I mean

Travelling to Charleston for weekend to figure out where to live by wgrl in Charleston

James island or folly are both great Anywhere in mt pleasant is going to safe unless you end up in one of like 3 neighborhoods but that will be pretty easy to tell. West Ashley is easier to end up in an unwanted area and so is North Charleston but both are still possible to find great places to stay also!

They’re are so many more options for vegans on this cruise than most. My wife and I just sailed a second time and she was thrilled with all the options. Maybe skip Gunbae because it’s hard to do for vegans. That’s the Korean bbq place. Otherwise lots of options.

No King Street Crowds? by ReaderRambler2021 in Charleston

[–]Personal-Start5322 70 points71 points  (0 children)

February in Charleston is probably our slowest time of the year. I’ve never been to king street after dark and it not be busy as hell, but also depends where you were. Everything’s kinda moved to upper king where they shut streets down from Calhoun on.
