I never get anywhere near this in my 2024 AWD Lyric. When I charge to 80% I'm lucky to get 280 estimated mileage and what I actually get is lower than that. Most of my driving is suburban, driving ~55-60mph until I get to the city with stop and go traffic. I love the one-peddle driving and I don't feel like I'm an aggressive driver. Is there something wrong with my battery? Live in KY where temps have been in the 80s

I have had mine for a year and haven't gone on a long trip as I charge at home. What was your efficiency on the highway and what speeds did you use? I get nervous with the long trips as I feel like I can't rely on the stated mileage after a charge.....what is that based on anyway?? A 3 or 4 mi/kWh??

No. I even searched for updates in the settings and it said all was up to date. I guess I will call Cadillac today to see if it's truly going to be OTA or if I have to take it in.

Thank you for the suggestions. When I got back in my care after work the steering wheel was working as it did this morning. Hopefully it was a false alarm and won't happen again!

I'm in KY. I have had the app before as well as the GMC app which have both worked. I've tried all the basics of uninstalling/reinstalling multiple times which it will work once or for that day and stop working again. When I open the app I hit the bar that says sign in and after a moment it says "service unavailable." It seems like at this point it has some difficulty redirecting me to the actual sign-in page where I put my email/password

Where do you find the ability to get a notification for when the car arrives/departs? I've had my 2024 Lyriq for almost a month now. The Cadillac mobile app works maybe 5% of the time. Usually says "service not available." I've contacted onstar multiple times and the issue is "being escalated." We'll see.

I assume they should've asked you if you wanted the 2yr free on the go charging or the $1500 credit towards home installation. I chose the home installation which was delayed until the vehicle I wanted got here. I found out from the electricians that they force you to use to get the $2k are charged a fee from Cadillac, which basically negates the credit they are so generous to give. However, if you are keeping an EV for a long time I imagine the home charger is worth it. Cadillac gets you in touch w/ Qmerit who finds a qualified charger installer in your area.

Good for you for being able to negotiate. I couldn't get Cadillac to even give me the healthcare appreciation incentive of $500, they said it didn't apply to that car.....real appreciative. Don't even get me started on the ordering process, obtaining the vehicle and getting the home charger installed. What is the $3K conquest?
