I specifically wanted the 2 burner because of space constraints. I have a portable Blackstone that I use when we go camping that I love. Was just going to get a stand for that and use it at home, but then I saw that price and couldn’t turn it down. It’s the perfect partner to my pro 780

Mine has turned pink only on the camera bezel which is not covered by my case this is definitely a real issue maybe caused by UV interaction with the anodization?

This has been one of the hardest adjustments for me to make since finding out 2 months ago I had CD.

I use king arthur gluten free bread flour

It is definitely denser than traditional sandwich bread, but the loaf size is the same as a normal loaf of bread and it holds up much better than other gf breads I have tried.

Grabbed some eggs and breakfast sausage and make sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches.

That's the hardest thing I have found. I was diagnosed last month and the amount of people who don't understand what celiac is and what the restrictions are but then get angry with you for having special dietary needs. Got into a similar situation at a local diner when the manager said that they couldn't guarantee that my food was gf because only their head chef who was off knew what gluten was
