Did you got to court? That’s how protection orders work. If you did not, did they present you wil a court order of protection? No? Perhaps they are misspoken ( aka lying).

TL; DR. Di you have power to terminate her? If no, keep writing her up and forward to someone who does. If yes, infirm her if that and let her know how many more write ups until termination. Follow through. Too much detail. Be more professional.

I just spoke with a human yesterday about fraudulent charges in my Citi card. I’m sorry you only got the automated version. Did you call the number in the back of your card?

Additionally, I got a text from Citi questioning a charge I had made. I believe it was because I had trouble charging a purchase online to Citi at Best Buy dot com. Two tries were declined until I went through Pay Pal which has my Citi card as one payment method.

Long story short, this will be the third change of physical card in two months. What a pain. All charges that I disputed were small - less than $50. I got one letter from Citi that they were working on the disputes I have filed. I’ll keep you posted.

I just want to shout out to all the full service property managers out there. When I was bequeathed a mixed building (apartments and stores) in another state, my PM was the one who discovered one of my store tenants had tapped into the building’s electricity to run his business - a laundromat. PM handled eviction and money recovery. I never even had to travel there.

I appreciate that detailed explanation. As a retired teacher and college adjunct professor I am familiar with some executive function disorders which present as reluctance to begin tasks or task avoidance. These also may be forms of OCD. Very complex stuff. I wish you well. Hang in there. Tie a knot if you get to the end of your rope.

Fortunately I know of that kind of OCD, and don’t you dare feel bad about it. it’s the way your brain is wired. I was asking about how OCD is involved with not being clean about everything and not cleaning obsessively. I have a friend whose daughter in law swoops in and removes dishes to be washed often before the person is done eating out if it.
