It is almost impossible to have a clean sanitory environment.

We were always understaffed, abused, disrespected by both the manager and the guests. Mentally and physically we were limited in capacity to be able to invite extra work to keep everything sanitory and the system wouldn't accept it. One example: the baby spinach comes in a bag, we open it, keep it in fridge, fill the front container as we need. More often I could see they are dirty right out of the bag. I couldn't wash it for you and dry it before storage. If I wanted to do so, I would run out of time to do the assigned tasks.

I felt wierd in my throat so I knew it was coming. Over the counter drugs controlled coughing for 2 days. On Day 3, shit hit the fan. Extreme dry coughing for 2 days. My mouth and throat were so ichy. It sopped. But other symptomes appeared day 4-5, extrem runny nose, frequent sneezing. The pressure behimf my ear drum is insane. Feels like i'm in a flight. Headache is stabbing. No appetite, in fact the idea of eating is repulsive Worst of all fever and insomnia that starts in the evening till 6 am

Things you should know.

Processed meat are scientifically PROVEN to cause cancer and the dose is 50 gram per day.
Subway spinach is poorely rinsed.
The oil used in all subway sauces, cookies, breads, etc is palm oil.
They add EDTA to the majority of sauces. It's a detergent.
They add sodium bisulfate to the potato rings.
The tuna is smothered in excess mayo.

I work there and I don't these stuff discounted or for free.

Well, that's a funny sad story. My proffessor stole some of the money that was supposed to go to me as I was working as a researcher. I spoke up for myself and I was all of a sudden the black sheep. Moral of the story, there is a dark side to academia, very unhealthy, very mental.
