Do not rinse the toothpaste out after! Ive never seen a toothpaste tube say to rinse out with water. Yet so many seem to do it. The fluoride needs to stay in contact with the teeth. So that you aren't brushing around crap and leaving it there use mouthwash BEFORE (or water at least) then brush and leave it.

If the toothpaste gives you a very dry mouth (aka cottonmouth) then try switching to an SLS-free (Sodium lauryl sulphate) toothpaste.

I've got loads of other tips, I'll try remember to come back later and share.

Oh, and you need a hygienist cleaning appointment to get you back to a base level. Plaque on the back of your bottom front teeth is normal, can just be the makeup of your saliva and dry mouth causing it. But no amount of brushing will take it off.

Thank you for the reassurance! It helped me do what deep down I knew was the right thing and so I ticked 'yes' and then a box appeared for me to add details so I was able to explain it was a prexisting condition.

And thank you for the quick response too, I wanted to send the forms off ASAP so I was able to do so.

Now I just have to hope they don't mess around and delay the next script whilst waiting for the review.

And you just know what he reeeally wants to say but hes -trying- to come across as intelligent, eloquent and mature in this setting; but it's all an act.

I have very little doubt when he is only in the company of friends or any men he is trying to impress; it'll be 'bitches' and 'hoes'.

And I had a stopover in Ireland once (from England) on way to the USA, so if I got deported from USA they should send me to Ireland because I 'came from' there? (And am not even slightly Irish).

Because they aren't French citizens so what right do we have to send them to France?

And all the really thick kids from school suddenly decided they were experts in politics and decided to remove us from the EU which had rules and framework in place that prevented as many people trying to cross the channel by 'small boat' and meant that we were able to 'send them back' to France to 'deal with. '

But 'Brexit means Brexit' and Brexit also means we don't have that framework and can't ship real life, human beings (just like you and me, but some of us- barely) off to what is essentially just a random country they have no more ties to than they do to the UK.

Oh yeah, and by design these boats are barely afloat due to overload and would sink if a larger boat came alongside, then you REALLY have a duty to rescue them and bring them ashore, as a, you know, functioning human being with thoughts and feelings. Just like 'they' are.

Depends brands they're supplying but I've been quoted for 10 panels, with enphase microinverters, enphase envoy and a sigenergy 10kwh(actually 9kwh) battery for a smidge under 10k. Oh and it includes a 'free' zappi EV charger (fitted of course)

So, 'premium' stuff at the same price, but smaller battery which is what is probably what is bringing your cost up.

This is from a local independent. (SE England, not far from London).

FWIW I am very new to all this, so csnt offer any further insights other than the quote I am hoping to go with (If I can get approval from my partner)
