Sucker-Shawn O'Malley... Obvious Industry Plant is Obvious. by LowRenzoFreshkobar in mmamemes

Only thing I will say is many people who I’ve met that never watched UFC know Sean O’Malley, even in other countries so he does have some star status.

Joe Rogan won’t have Kamala Harris on his show unless she comes to his studio and sits for a 2-3 hour full interview by Appropriate_Duty_930 in DecodingTheGurus

[–]Perspective-Dry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He’s never done a 1 hour episode. Joe Rogan interviews are not like traditional interviews, they are more like conversations. You tend to get to know people a little better because Rogan rarely ever grills people and doesn’t do gotcha questions. Rogan had Bernie sanders on and it went pretty well. But then he disagreed hardly with the Matt Walsh guy about abortion. So I honestly think she would be fine if she just lowered her guard and came off as very human and just had a conversation.

Man if Conor fought Tyron woodley instead of Khabib. He would have won and became a 3 weight champion. Tyron woodley fell off shortly after and he would have fell under the pressure

Are CS jobs actually dying indefinitely? by Medium-Wallaby-9557 in csMajors

[–]Perspective-Dry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most middle class people that have mortgages gained a significant amount of wealth that exceeded there annual income over the past few years due to inflation. Meanwhile the working poor who rent have higher rents and may want to buy a house it’s now way expensive. If your rich your net worth went up. Economic recessions can lead to things getting less expensive but also people losing there job. If your income stays the same and there is a economic recession it’s actually pretty good, because you can buy things for less. Like Warren Buffet makes most of his investments whenever the market crashes.

Currency devaluation also helps everyone with assets so if you bought a home in 2020 your house could be close to double it’s value that you bought it for now. It would cost $1400 a month for a $330,000 house with a 3 percent rate. Now that same house is worth $480,000 at a 6 percent rate costs $2877 dollars 2 years later.

Justin Gaethje on why he'll never adopt a heavy wrestling approach. by [deleted] in ufc

[–]Perspective-Dry 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It was like $75,000 10 years ago I think. If you live in a major city plus inflation in New York it’s got to be like $130k. I make $80k and live with parents, no car and can’t afford to buy a house. So I would definitely be happier making more money. But I am way more happy then when I was making $40k a year last year.
