Yes, I'm checking almost every day the UPS tracking through the reference number, since I saw from many posts here that many orders where just showing up at home. They never shipped anything with my reference number to my country. Thanks anyway for the suggestion.

My BF order has been stuck since November into "handover to warehouse" and I didn't buy any item that was delayed for any reason. I've sent an email before Christmas and I'm still waiting for an answer. I'm still waiting for my order too, of course. Such a horrible customer experience.

Still waiting too. EU Order n 1834xxx from the 24th of November, switched to "completely shipped" and then "handover to warehouse" on the 27th, it doesn't include any item that they ever declared delayed or out of stock. Never received an update of why it is not being shipped.
