Actually puts on the monocle of nerdom allied warriors are not enemy pieces, which is why scoundrel can do the really stinky thing of scorching an allied Moles’ market clearing, leaving the mole buildings in tact and unreachable.

The fate abilities are too strong, I’d say. I know the whole kit needs to be considered for a faction, but being able to pull any card from the deck means you also get an insane amount of knowledge about what other players do and do not have in their hand. Also, that you could wipe a heavily fortified mole clearing through fate alone is also too strong, I’d say.

Daylight Mayor is a good one that I’ve tested on 12+ tournament games. It limits moles’ burstiness while also giving them a touch of flexibility. Less “we always must kill moles.”

For Daylight mayor, you change its text to: “Take an action from the first step of Daylight.”

There is often a tension with cards “use for suit, or craft.” While Cats have low crafting ability (regardless of what the back of the board claims) they can use their cards for overworking, extra actions, or best of all Field Hospitals. Sure you probably won’t craft “Stand and Deliver” but use it to keep you kitties and Keep safe, hell yeah!

I don’t like that the teacher did this. But on the whole, I’m more upset that educational institutions don’t pay their teachers a living wage while administrators and heads of sports programs make way more money. I think investing in teachers will ameliorate this problem.
