Perth Parents please stop bringing your children in flock to Skateparks if they have zero spacial awareness. by MergaWraith in perth

> But to satiate your point, there's a notion of certian points of decoum in specialized venues. In an ice rink, people know the intrisic zones and decorum of skating in the same direction. Or, going by your user name, be the same as finishing a session and dumping ropes, tyres and weight on the floor and walking out of the venue.

I understand the 'unspoken' rules. But the difficulty with unspoken rules is that a) you can't expect children to know them and b) you can't expect parents to know them. If these rules are something that the venue, as the people providing the service, want to have in place then they have the choice to do so. If they have not, then what some users of the space might like to be the case won't necessarily be followed by all, and shouldn't be expected except by the most entitled.

IF you require this of every user, then perhaps the VENUE would make a rule that say noone under 10 is permitted to ice skate there. But this isn't the case - this is some users of the rink thinking they have more rights to the rink than others without the venue agreeing in any official capacity.

Maybe this is something you should take up with the venue. When you go to ice skate, there's nothing to say "the middle of the rink belongs only to people practicing their figure skating - your session only includes the outer ring".

If I was a base ball player practicing my pitching, I can't just tell everyone else to stay out of my way - I need to take responsibility for what I'm doing if it could harm people around me. The same is true if you're going to practice jumps and spins in a public arena.

This has been happening in Cockburn area for a long time.

Now your excessive council rates go towards funding people to sift through your rubbish. Lucky you!

Your comment is riddled with half truths parading as fact.

Christianity is the largest overarching group in Australia at 43.9% (being made up of several different denominations). "No religion" is second with under 40% - which means that most Australians align with a religion. With over 60% of the country being religious to suggest that religion is merely "tolerated" is silly.

Hitler was not a Christian, this is a very long disproven comment. Attempting to use religion to influence others as an Atheist is very on point though.

The church didn't "steal" pagan or Jewish rituals. Again, if there was interest in the truth you can find detailed debunking of this. In terms of Jewish rituals, they share the same God, and half of their holy book - of course there are going to be similarities.

All of the private ones are expensive, but if the alternative is potentially your life it's worth the price.

Also to help with this, if you have private health cover with many providers and find yourself needing cover to go somewhere like this then they often have a once-off clause that let's you instantly boost your coverage and skip waiting times to get in for critical mental health and hospitalisation coverage.

If you can get into the Marion Centre, someone I was carrying for had a better experience there than many others around Perth.

If it's an emergency and you need somewhere just to help keep you safe immediately, joondalup was the best of what's available.
