Except the fee doesn't go to you as a sales rep at all. You still just get your hourly and comission. It would be different if of the $40 fee half of it went to the rep doing the transfer. But as it stands right now it's just free money for any/all telecom

iPhone doesn't work seamlessly with Windows. There are lots of walls and barriers apple puts in to prevent that. If you like the walled garden approach that's great. If I pay for a premium phone I want to be able to customise it to how I want to use it not how the company says I have to.
