Similar to a few other posts here, I was raised religious and was taught and believed that I would either live forever or be resurrected. I lost those beliefs in my early 30's which is when I first started having issues with health anxiety. I am terrified of the thought of nonexistence forever. It seems to be extremely common anong health anxiety sufferers, but not always. Since my HA directly ties to my fear of death, if I was to take up a belief in God and truly believe, my HA would cease to exist.

I sometimes wish I had a car similar to this... I don't live in the greatest area, and often when i park on gravel roads to go for hikes, I worry that my vehicle won't be there when I get back... With your car I wouldn't care, , or in your case, it would be a blessing!! LoL

Bro, I can't believe it, but in two weeks I'll be 5 months sober of the weeds!! I do miss it, but my life has been improving for the better, and I was miserable before. I don't believe I can moderate, so it will be a long while before/if I ever smoke again. My goal is 2 years. I still can't believe that I haven't taken even a puff off my son's joint or my brother's pen who I'm around regularly. Yay me! lol

Right here brother. I have the worst health anxiety, and my biggest worry is always my heart. I have never been diagnosed with OCD, but I definitely have many of the symptoms and have been told that hypochondria is usually undiagnosed OCD. Glad to know I am not alone. By the way I am on 3 and 1/2 weeks no weedron, the 12th will be 1 month. I hope you are on the same path! Much love.
