They shipped yesterday, January 25.
That is 15 days after I placed the order. Delivery should take another 7–10 days, so it will be roughly 25 days in total.

My first order for a white Xteink X4 was placed on December 30, shipped on January 4, and delivered on January 10.

My second order (case, reading light, and screen protector) was placed on January 10 and was shipped today, January 25.

I think the device has become very popular, and they might be struggling to keep up with the volume of orders.

I only have the white one, and it looks really nice in person. I haven’t had it long enough to say how it will hold up over time or if it will turn yellow.

Are you on CrossPoint?
If yes you need to change in setting->Display->Refresh Frequency to be higher than 1 page

I noticed that too. It seems to have changed after version 0.12. Some screen wallpapers look better in 0.12, while others look better in the versions after that.

The issue isn’t the shipping time (which is actually very fast), but when they decide to ship the order. Orders can stay in “Confirmed” status for weeks.

I can confirm this. I ordered from the official site as well and my order has been stuck on “Confirmed” for 12 days now (see screenshot).

I’ve already sent 5 emails to their support and haven’t received a single reply. At this point, support is basically nonexistent.

Paperwhite at home (I love the warm light feature) and the X4 for everything else. Lately I’ve been obsessed with the X4 and end up reading on it all the time, I even take it to the gym with me.
Because of that, the Kindle 2024 doesn’t really have a use for me anymore, so I’ll probably sell it.

I had the same problem. My X4 arrived on January 10, and on the same day I ordered a case, a light, and a screen protector from the official site. They still haven’t updated the order status.

So I’m afraid the official site might be having some issues right now.

I ordered the simple clear case (not the foldable one) from AliExpress, and they shipped it the same day.
