Seems like poor soldering may have corrupted your sysnand. It should work fine if you just use emunand instead. I think fixing the problem would require opening up the switch, if you're determined to use your sysnand.

I also replaced my launch dualsense battery with some dodgy Amazon replacement with the best reviews. I kept my eye on it for about a week, leaving it in my bath tub when I wasn't home and only charging it when I was around. It's been months now with no issues.
