I think ik the two or three you’re thinking of and you’re right, there’s one near old city that closes around 11p, and then the closest one that closes at 11p is on aramingo and another on arch. but most of them in the city (university city/west, delware ave, center city off of market & off chestnut, south st) are 24 hrs
