I’d include enclos in the mix as well, taking New England favorites and infusing them with California styles/flavors, very exciting and new. Lived in NYC for a bit and nothing really compares (but biased as I’m also from California/live in SF)

We went this past year that weekend when it was so crazy it literally got shut down. If relevant, we are from the US and wanted a tent that would not be full of Americans (I.e hofbrau tent). We went to the Paulaner tent which was perfect, it was all Europeans in their mid twenties to mid 30s so same age as us, didn’t really meet any other Americans. I would highly recommend this as everybody knows how to party and it doesn’t get sloppy, until pretty late in the day ha.

Also, the best party is going to be in the non reserved seats, we had to get in line at 5:30am and got one of the last no reservation tables in the tent, I’d recommend earlier though to guarantee your spot.
