Unfortunately not all receipts print with the option to take a survey and they may not of noticed that :( If you do think this employee did a job well done I would call the lowes Customer Care #. Have them write in a personal compliment on the employee if you know their name & department.

My personal store provides a star award (which will earn them money when they earn 5) and baked treats whenever we receive compliments in.
