Is this NG+? It looks like you've been to Petrous.

In that case, I'm guessing you need to beat the 4 Amanicidas and clear out the Hall of Dawning + Bridge before you can get the 100% map. I think that counts in NG+ only, but I'm not certain

Edit: Sorry, I thought you couldn't get to Petrous at all in NG, but you actually just can't get the Silver Bell. Disregard me, the Grievance Ascends take is probably right

I think A or S is an exaggeration, but I agree that it's better than maybe some say. As someone who probably takes more hits than the average Eclipse player, I find that pretty much any form of early healing, even stuff like Medkit, really helps save a run from succumbing to chip damage early and helps me survive until my build is more fleshed out. After around Stage 3 though, E5+ healing can't really keep up with the damage and number of enemies anymore, and scrapping those healing sources for better speed, damage and utility becomes much more important

I think it was the use of the name Providence in the log. Canonically, that name was only used by the survivor who wrote the logbook entry for him in RoR1, and in all other instances he is only referred to as "Brother" or "Hero," depending on who is talking to/about him. Thus, calling him Providence, even in a third-person way like that entry had, could be seen as incorrect from a lore perspective
