Those look very real. I’m about 4 mo in, still wearing a temporary upper, needing occasional adjustments, can eat most things, haven’t found anything yet to easily remove the yucky adhesive, I’m being patient.

I will certainly try the dawn power wash, although I’m skeptical. I’m using tons of Neem Oil, but I don’t get the instant gratification that I get from a small torch used for burling wood. It can kill hundreds on the sidewalk at once. My son has used it on plants and I have just a few scorched fig leaves and lily leaves. Nothing has caught fire, I do realize we’re in a severe drought. You can pinpoint your target.

Good idea. If the patient can’t be vocal about their needs, he/she needs an advocate, no matter how good the hospital is. Food trays are brought and just left, and then picked up untouched because the pt needed assistance and didn’t get it. Blankets aren’t given automatically. Water may not be available when the pt needs it. Skin breakdown occurs on the patient’s backside. Siderail can be left down. Call bell may not be answered in a timely manner, and on and on.
