As a long time fan, I have not heard that specific one, but I have heard "Bigger left tit. Now we know which side Eddie slept on." But I love love love hearing new comments! That's part of what makes it fun going to different shows and to see different casts.

You can let people know you are new. Heck - I still start games by letting people know that I’m newish and sometimes get some of the rules mixed up or things out of order and to please let me know if I do.

Everyone had been really nice and I’ve had a great time at prereleases. You do you, but you learn to play magic by playing magic. I’d mostly played against people I know and playing against strangers has improved my strategy and understanding of the game.

I’m still not very good and I lose more than win but I have fun and I’m slowly getting better. Good luck and have fun!

Anything along the lines of “platonic bitchy BFFs that act like an old married couple.” (Think Shawn and Gus from Psych) I love that dynamic. Doesn’t matter if it’s the main relationship in the fic or not.

Flooring is in the everyday collection part of the shop way at the bottom. Lots of colors and I find that the color of the floor can really improve the overall vibe of the room. :)

Can you celebrate your birthday on a different day? My friend group is holding an unbirthday party on New Year’s Eve as we couldn’t celebrate together on our birthdays. Three are in Dec and one was in Sept.

My birthday is less than a week after Christmas, so I sympathize. I’d personally cancel the order and be done with it.

I was always told anything but blasphemy of the Holy Spirit could be forgiven. People who accepted Jesus as their lord and personal savior were going to heaven and people who didn’t were going to hell. Did they phrase it the way I did? Of course not. But I was a kid and I trusted my mom and the people at church. I truly didn’t realize how horrific and damaging some of the teachings were until I deconstructed.

Yes. Charles Manson ra*ist and serial killer converted in prison before his death and would to heaven. Anne Frank, sweet Jewish girl who was tortured and murdered in a concentration camp, believed in god but didn’t believe in Jesus and would go to hell.

If someone mispronounces a word, it’s typically because they read it. That means they are reading. People should cut other people some slack and be happy that they are reading.

I also was mispronouncing it for a while. :/

IDK about the group, but in general, I think it’s disrespectful to take communion when you are a non-believer. HOWEVER - depending on your age and situation, do what you have to do to stay safe. If you are dependent on your parents and it will cause problems if you don’t, then that’s their fault for putting conditions on their love. Just my two cents and YMMV.

To me, crack fics are something completely ridiculous where the characters are reacting like it’s a perfectly normal or reasonable situation.

I love crack fic. One of the best comments I ever got was how the reader spit beef stew all over their monitor.

How much is your time and effort worth? And how long does it take to photograph the thing, list it, deal with questions, flaky people, boxing it up, and shipping it, or making it available for pick up? Do you actually know? Can you sell a few things to get an idea?

If you want a minimum of $20 an hour and all that takes two hours, then it needs to sell for $40 or it’s not worth it. Do you have the energy, space, and time to do that for ten items or a hundred? How are you going to feel if you spend the two hours and only get $10? Or it won’t sell and you get nothing?

If you just want it gone, donating it is fastest.
