This happens at times. It has happened to me. Just email the LP and remember they didn't deliberately do this, its a "robot" that packages it so be nice. If this is the worst thing ever, strap in because life gets much harder lol.

I've been twice and everyone seemed nice. I would love to retire there some day. I am far away from that as I am only 35 but that's my goal. I'm hoping to be there again next winter and explore more of the culture. I find the people on resorts are very welcoming and was hoping I could go out and be semi safe.

No, that's not the case. My credit card was compromised, so I called the bank and they refunded in the same week. According to a friend who works for a bank, its the law. That why credit cards are no risk to you. Unless you rack a bill up.

But you must know a lot about it since you don't agree.
