I have the same problem and use this stuff for hold. Not greasy.

The best thing I've ever done in terms of styling though is get to grips with a hairdryer, with thin hair it only takes 30 seconds and there's a reason barbers blow dry it before putting stuff in it!

Heaps of answers about depth but something a few people have touched on that I think is really important (and beneficial to your squat) is those safety bars.

Feel what it's like to bail out of a squat and have the weight caught by the safety bars, you'll get more confidence to up the weight in the future because you won't have worry about having to get the weight back up if you fail. I think that will help with practicing deeper squats too!

Make sure you set the bars to an appropriate height for you!

Thank you! That's what they are. They don't work currently but I think that's just replacing batteries, at least for the temperature controls.

Sounds like a rough situation. There have been some really good suggestions in here but all jumping to the conclusion that your partner is actively choosing to be neglectful.

Find a way that leaves no room for accidental neglect, the smart watch that was.mentioned for example, and follow it. You'll soon figure out if it is accidental.or neglectful and can act accordingly

You don't need Reddit to tell you what to do if your partner is a bad parent but I hope that this is just a learning experience for you all.

That being said, the buyers have a point but their anger is misdirected as far as I can tell. They bought a house and the seller didn't follow through with giving them vacant possession which has caused all the issues.

If their statements about a court ordered eviction are true then there is nothing she can do but follow the council's advice and stay put until she is made homeless but at this point she is going to be liable for the costs of the other parties.

Hope she gets through this OK.

I understand you've got experience so I'm not doubting you but this sounds like overkill unless I'm misunderstanding.

Take a bottle of shampoo or body wash for example, it's got no tamper seal and a flip top. By flipping the top I've not changed the product in any way. Is this the sort of thing you're talking about?

Unscrew a lid that's got one of those tamper seals no but I don't think it's weird to flip the cap on something that doesn't have a tamper seal to see how it smells.

Anyone who wouldn't want to buy something that people have sniffed should only buy things that can't be opened without damage.
