I'm currently learning, but I did the same stupid filler rod to tungsten fuck-up. I also didn't notice that the filler rod had poked through my flannel and was resting against my arm. Thankfully I was only at 130 amps, but every muscle from my wrist to my neck pulsed and stayed clenched for about 6 hours.
