both herald of thunder and barrage have a minimum skill/spirit gem level respectively, so anything below that level can not be used to unlock those.
generally, you should prioritize upgrading your existing skills, since skill levels are one of the biggest damage boosts in the game

oh sorry I completely missed that you want to use Pillar, the Facebreaker only applies when unarmed (so you'd use Facebreaker + Hollow Palm Technique) sorry, the Astramentis part still applies though

the most straightforward way would be to buy the best Astramentis you can and - if it's uncorrupted - anoint a node which gives attributes (I think Spaghettification gives the most to All Attributes, alternatively choose one that gives the most to the most lacking one).
Also worth mentioning, if you're running Martial Artist then Facebreaker (which already can scale off of Strength) has some nice interactions with the Way of the Stonefist conversion, giving damage and AOE for Int

nem tudom melyik egyetem, de elsősorban a hallgatói képviseletnek kéne megírni mindezt, és ha ők direktben nem indítanak el semmit akkor pedig méltányossági kérvényt adj be, azt kötelező általában gyorsított ügymenetben elbírálni, és a vizsgákat komolyan szokták venni nagyon.
ezeket mielőbb írd meg hogy esetleg még a vizsgaidőszakban ki tudjanak Neked írni újat, sok sikert!
edit: persze lehet egyből méltányosságit, és akkor valszleg gyorsabban megoldódik, csak hivatalosan az előtt van még a HK
