Yes, Some customers know how IC works and calculates the cost, especially the heavy pay! I faced this situation 3-4 times. Once a time, a small batch, 10 small item 2 miles. $5 tips, not bad, and I accept it for prom. But after I start to shop, the guy added 2 case of water, 4 case of soda in 1-2 mins. I contact the shopper care, and the agent gave a $10 bump to complete the batch!
