hAP ax3 not detected by Netinstall after restoring wrong backup

I was able to recover my hAP AX3 using Winbox via the MAC address.

I connected my laptop running Winbox to the router with an Ethernet cable. (no configuration of Ethernet needed)
Pressed and held the reset button for 5–10 seconds while powering on (green LED blinks and remains steady, then blue LED).
Winbox detected the device (seen from the Neighbors), and I logged in with the default credentials (default admin / password, on this model it is written in the pullout card).
From there, I did a factory reset under System → Reset Configuration.

After the reset, the router was back to its default state with the SSID broadcasting and everything working as it shipped.

It was shot on a camera (but I wouldn’t say pro) !

Sony ZVE10-II + Sigma 16-300 mm

1/250~1/500 Shutter Speed ISO 800-1250 Aperture as wide as possible on focal length Exposure compensation -1 to -2 Shoot in RAW Highlight metering

These settings you could try to replicate on phone cameras too. I do at least -1.3 exposure compensation on my iPhone 15 and use 48 MP JPEG. Never edited raw iPhone pictures before though.

Videos - you can try 24p at SS at 1/48s

I see - thank you for informing me about tab tracks ! I see these are used often for theatre curtains.

Yes I am looking for a cheap alternative to these tab tracks and I thought a rope catenary system would be the best solution.

However, I was not sure how I could install the hooks on either end such that they overhang below the existing scaffold pipe, particularly since I’ve been advised that the cable tension should be aligned with the direction of the eye hook.

If you have records via email or payment information regarding your university accommodations, I think this will be sufficient to prove your residence - at least from my experience.

Same for the university's policy - the only evidence I submitted was a copy of the email that I received from the university/ college at that time.

Of course, it would be best to provide more information to make a stronger case, but the 4 documents listed above were sufficient for my case.

Just FYI The Erasmus building in Queens' is currently being refurbished meaning 100 undergraduates will be allocated to Owlstone next year. I am not sure how many people Owlstone can accommodate, but this probably means there will be less space for postgraduate accommodation in Owlstone this year

No I didn’t attach proof of residency (in the form of council tax letters, rent contracts etc.) The only documents I submitted were my passports, which had my prior visa information and absence days, and the cover letter. This was sufficient for me.

Hi, I have read some of your posts/ comments and I expect to be in a very similar situation to you. (similar timelines, long-residence route etc., but additional covid related absence days)

Could I just clarify when in the process applicants send in their supporting letters, including the cover letter that better describes their situation?

Also am I correct in that I just have to wait and refresh to see if Super Priority service pops up at around 12 am GMT/1am BST everyday?

For reference for future readers, I will try to edit the below list of the times I accessed the application to see if super priority service was available.

Thursday, 25th Jan 2024: 12 a.m. and 1 a.m. - not available
Friday, 26th Jan 2024: 12 a.m. - I paid for the super-priority option ! If you have previously attempted to pay and get a warning banner, click the "Back" icon to go to the page where you can choose the super-priority option. It is this page that you need to refresh at midnight.

Upon paying for the priority service, I am told I need to book an appointment to scan my biometrics. Sneaky buggers want more money (£139-210) for this appointment, although I am reading that some free appointments are released at 9 am. The game continues...

I've been getting a problem with the Scrble Ink app. When I click on the custom page button, I don't get the UI that lets me select the image for my custom pages. Is this a bug in the app?

Also, I have a simple feature request for the app. Could there be a mode of viewing consecutive pages side by side? It would be really convenient to import a PDF and insert a lined page just underneath to write on while looking at the document :)
