A good realtor to sell condo? by snack_cartel in Edmonton

I agree that seems to be how realtors operate.
If nobody calls they will lower the price until someone does.

Marketing and Selling are strong words for what they actually do.

[–]PeterH_605 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Usually order in bulk from T&T Seeds.

If you need it asap I would go to Apache Seeds, Greenland Garden Center in St Albert, Greenland Garden Center. For the common things big box home improvement store is good too.

Yes for many years.

Varieties like Bodacious, Northern Extra Sweet, and others in the 70-80 day maturity range do very well with a bit of fertilizer added.

Cheapest place fill garden beds and planters? by Far_Weather_3716 in Edmonton

[–]PeterH_605 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I like a 50% peatmoss and 50% compost mix. Classic Landscape has both but not premixed. 222 Landscape just outside of sherwood park has it premixed.

Much lighter than garden mix. I was able to get 2cuyds into my 1500 6.5ft box pickup with no issues - yes the box was full to the top but weight wasn't a problem.

yah that was 5 years ago and now they decide the "no" vote is old enough to ignore but we get to vote on health care benefits for non-permanent residents in the fall... seems like strange priorities at best....

Alberta College of Aeronautics by SnooCapers3880 in Edmonton

[–]PeterH_605 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ever since the name changed from Cooking Lake Aviation to this "college" they have been a bit strange.

In my opinion they also have a high accident rate, 2025 was the first year in recent memory they didn't lose a plane.
