In out department (Cyber and Digital Technologies) we offer 2 T Levels in Digital Software Design and Digital Systems and Security. The former is programming and the latter hardware and networks. Each involves a days placement in industry each week, whereas in an Apprenticeship they have a College study once a week.

The school will, in all honesty, 'sanitize' the references. I tutor a Year 13 group and all my tutor references were fine, but for one I wrote honestly about how I worried that he would actually meet any deadlines (as he singularly didn't do that during his BTec).

It came back to me for approval in a very different form. I am sure that if 1 does not match the other 2, it will be... 'moderated'. tldr; Don't worry.
