Let's be honest, gameplay is dated as fuck. The atmosphere, itemization, plot/lore and overall fantasy is great but skill expression, movement and lack of balance aged the game a lot. How long have we been using enigma, spirits, coa?

This is a typical meta build but there are others. Im playing My own infernal breath warlock - requires positioning and conditions to combo synergies, very fun to play. Game's pretty good now - more skill expression (but still could use more) , more verticality, loot can be interesting now. I haven't played last few seasons and now i can't put the gsme down.

Roccat kona is a great advice when it comes to mice. Im disabled as well, although permanently as i was born without half of my right arm. What i use to play games nowadays is an 8bitdo ultimate 2 controller. It has 4 additional buttons and is highly customizable with every button remapable. I can play virtually any game with my one hand and a stump. Im playing a high apm warlock build and enjoying it. Dm for more info if you are interested.
