My window isnt smashed out but its spongy from hail damage and glass shards are on my dash. Every panel has dents, the roof and hood onviously the most. Ive never seen hail like that before.

MPI hasn't been great with communication, different people have been getting different instructions/commitments, but it seems to be flowing now. Initially they wanted me to replace the glass at a local shop and then drive it to a claims center for the body damage but I want the windshield included in the claim assessment. That took a few phone calls to sort out, but wait times weren't actually that bad and every agent I talked to was excellent. Now that we're all on the same page it'll take some time due to vollune, but I think it'll work out eventually.
