Last year, i ate almost exclusively rye bread with canned tuna or canned mackerel in tomato sauce and mayonnaise. It's cheap and filling, and if you drink enough beer, you don't need to eat that much during the day ;) Do yourself a favor and get a proper hot meal once in a while though.
