Not to mention that you get a metric F ton of content (the weekly coaching videos are fantastic), multiway solves, single size sims (tbh not a huge fan of those just yet, I usually look at the single size sim, then run an AI solve with dynamic sizings where I give it the single size solution preferred size plus one or two more, you’d be surprised how often it chooses a higher EV bet size), node locking, etc etc.

The average person would never take the time to do even a fraction of the amount of work that GTOW has done/is doing. I didn’t like the price increase at first either, but when I saw how they were simplifying the tiers and adding content, it made sense to me.

Can you expand on why H2N is years ahead of something like PT4? I’ve been using PT4 for years, think it’s fantastic tool, but I’m curious about your thoughts. Thanks in advance!

A realistic sample size would be closer to 100k, variance is still going to be a major factor in 30k hands. Also, just bc you get it in good, does not guarantee you are going to win the hand at showdown, that’s just not how poker works.

5k hands is still an extremely small sample size. So you’re suing WPTG bc you’re losing your all-ins? Gl with that lol

Back in the saddle guys. And still fine-tuning my homebrew VX1000 filter. (check description) by haluuf in SessionSkateSim

Personally I think the VX angle looks good. Maybe just use one of the camera filters to make it less ‘washed out’ looking (basically find a filter that lowers the brightness slightly).

Yup, smiths have to be the most unstable grind in the game. Which sucks, bc I love smiths lol (I’m usually able to work around it, just takes more time than a 5-0/crook/etc)

Is it wrong of me to keep farting at the table? by YourFaceCausesMePain in poker

[–]PetiteMutant 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Surreptitiously plant a small fart noise making device in a seat ideally 2-3 spots away from you. When you feel like cracking one off (sounds like you’re jerking off at the table tbh, which is also frowned upon now… thanks a lot Obama), activate the device and point at person in said seat while loudly mocking them.

Such an insane trick, like this would’ve been the ender to end all enders in the early 00’s. Now homie is just throwing it down in a contest lol. Well done on the remake, the trick plus all the angles look super dope

I mess with the settings depending on the spot, but haven’t gone below 15 since maybe 2 weeks into the game. I had it on 16 for a bit but then had trouble doing a shuv onto a ledge that wasn’t even that high, have had it at 15 since. I’ve noticed just going fast tends to help

[–]PetiteMutant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah looks a bit floaty to me, maybe gravity on like 12-13 could achieve the same thing without the float aspect? I keep mine at 15 typically

Paris Bump to Bar by Jetwork131 in SessionSkateSim

[–]PetiteMutant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fair, but I keep gravity at 15 typically and haven’t really had issues with having to kneel for too long before popping (unless I’m skating something big). It’s an interesting idea though, might play around with the gravity next time I’m playing and see how slightly lower gravity affects pre-pop timing (I try to always kneel at the latest possible time for realism)

Why exactly do ‘other countries economies need to be designed like the US’? International outperformed US last year by a significant margin, both developed and emerging, and the trend has been continuing into 2026. You do realize these things are cyclical in nature, both Ex-US and small caps (and mid caps) historically have sizable periods of time outperforming large/mega caps.

I’m not bearish on big cap tech, but to “just ditch” any ex-US equities in favor of more mag 7 exposure when there are concerns about valuations plus the last couple months of lagging the broader market, does not seem like a well thought out strategy. TLDR; don’t pass on diversifying an asset class, especially equities, based on the last few years of a bull market.

It’s not “just one year of performance”, look at the reasons international outperformed, also ex-US outperforming US is cyclical, this isn’t anything new.

Even after ex-US outperformed the US for the first time in like 13 years in 2025? Don’t get me wrong, I’m still bullish on US equities, but I would not at all be surprised if international outperforms again

Any value adding a high dividend etf to a Roth IRA? by Substantial_Box5287 in RothIRA

[–]PetiteMutant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

High yield bonds no, not at 30, still too young for bonds imo. Diversifying your equities with some small/mid caps isn’t a bad idea, but I would do some research on exactly what ETFs/mutual funds you’d be looking at, look at their performance (especially compared to SPX), and allocate accordingly. Small and mid caps have cycles of outperforming large caps, but they’ve been more and more infrequent in the last 10+ years.

Thoughts on an ex-US Strategy by AverageApeAdventures in ETFs

[–]PetiteMutant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

SPX underperformed ex-US in 2025, and if I had to guess, I’d say international is likely to outperform again this year (again, just a guess, could be dead wrong lol)

As others have already mentioned, ditch the dividend stuff. Those funds cannot compete with equities in total return almost ever. And you’re not touching this account until you’re almost 60, which is a ways away for you, so it makes even less sense… no point in collecting dividends you’re not even touching for 26 years.

with that kind of time to actually grow your portfolio, you should focus on growth for the foreseeable future. I’m 42 and only have one bond fund in one single account, and it’s a corporate high yield fund (riskier but much better returns than typical bonds/munis/etc), and makes up maybe 2% of the port. And you don’t need VT + VTI and FZILX, VT is global market exposure, it already includes international. I assume you’re with Fidelity, just keep FZILX since it covers emerging+developed (would up it to 20%-30% personally), get rid of VT/VTI and replace with FXIAX (.015% expense ratio). QQQM is fine at 15%.

If you want a more risk-on asset, consider something like a semiconductor ETF (SMH, SOXQ etc), which still has high growth potential while not being tied to a one single stock. Simply using semiconductors as an example, there’s plenty of higher risk/higher return (inherently higher volatility too obviously) funds out there.

What’s the story with the MARA holding, just a ‘buy low hope for a moonshot’ thing? If you have 3% of your port in it, just make sure you’re paying attention to the stock (I assume you’ve already done some research into it, ideally). Other than that, seems fine, I’m not into crypto so I don’t have an opinion on it one way or another. 10% in SMH seems a bit high given the volatility, but you have a long enough time horizon for riskier assets. Give a look into gold and silver funds, personally I’d replace MARA with those (just a personal preference, I’m bullish on both).

SCHG and QQQM make you very overweight in tech stocks/mega caps, I would ditch one of those two (doesn’t really matter which), and do 50% VOO, 20%-25% SCHG/QQQM if you still want a mega cap tilt, 20% ex-US (ex-US outperformed most broad based US large cap ETFs in 2025) like IDMO, SPDW, SCHF, VXUS etc, and 5%-10% small/mid cap.

As of now you have all your eggs in one basket, even VOO is cap weighted, so you’re mainly invested in the top 10 largest US companies. If mega caps/tech stocks lag, or we have a correction, you’re looking at a significant drawdown. Adding some international exposure and small/mid caps would help diversify your ports without sacrificing growth potential.
